…i know, I know, I kind of disappeared for quite a while but life gives you challenges you have to face, good or bad. In the meantime, a lot of things happened in my career of “my own family Chef”. I got blessed with some Japanese Chef knives, I have quite a few recipes I’ve tried and I have to post, I am making Charcuteries for more than a year with great results and yesterday I’ve started to make cheese. I hope all my followers will forgive me for this absence and continue to read my blog. Glad to come back.
