Eggplant feast

My wife loves eggplant of any kind and cooked in any way so I’ve picked two totally different recipes, one Italian style and one Japanese. The first one is from Chef Gianni repertoire and the Japanese style is inspired from Chanie’s blog.

Miso Marinated Black Cod

I couldn’t resist not to do again the black cod marinated in miso after a recipe of Momofukufor2. Amazing taste and by far the best fish I’ve ever eat. Next week I will try to smoke some to see how turns out.
