As I don’t have a real  BBQ available during the winter, I just sauté them with the garlic-cilantro-butter mix.

I forgot to mentioned from the start that I am not a chef with diploma or anything. I’m just a regular guy loving to cook for his family and sometimes for others also.  My son thinks that I am “an old guy in his middle life crisis” but he LOVES the stuff I’m cooking.
