BBQ time!!

Finally spring arrived in Canada and I’ve opened my trailer. This means no more cooking at home and for the next 6 months I’ll BBQ and smoke everything and anything. I hope you’ll like my recipes and ideas.

As I don’t have a real BBQ available during the winter, I just sauté them with the garlic-cilantro-butter mix.
