For tonight diner I’ve decided to cook a Japanese dish and I chose Japanese noodles with Shimeji mushrooms. Extremely easy to make and delicious for a light dinner.

Beef JuMeokBap

Another recipe from Aeri’s Kitchen after I’ve already posted a very interesting soup – Kimchi RaMyeon. This Beef JuMeokBap has a very flavourful taste and a delight for tonight dinner. I modified the original recipe just a bit doubling the amount of garlic and adding an extra tbsp of dark soy sauce.
