Using the same recipe for brining the chicken breast – http://www.bbqpitboys.com/recipes/item/421/grilled-boneless-chicken-breast-brined I’ve tried a whole chicken with the same great results. Before cooking, I’ve added some garlic powder, piri-piri spicy rub and some chicken spices. During the roasting, I brushed it with lemon-herbs and Sriracha sauce for spiciness.
