Baby back ribs in pineapple-cherry and whiskey sauce

The perfect way to eat ribs from an original recipe from BBQ Pit Boys. Take a look at their site for the ingredients and directions for cooking.

The only few things I modified are: brown sugar and molasses – 1/2 of the quantity; Worcestershire sauce and vinegar – I doubled the amounts; I used 15 fresh cherries as I couldn’t find the caned ones.

Easy dinner

Just an easy dinner to make on the BBQ.

Steak: salt and pepper to taste, garlic powder and Montreal steak spice, cooked on the BBQ as you wish (mine is medium well)

Mushroom: one Portobello mushroom cooked on the BBQ with some salt and pepper

Boiled potatoes: take two potatoes peeled and cut them in chunks and boil them in salty water until done. You can have them with butter, dill, parsley, garlic or natur.
