Miso Marinated Black Cod

I couldn’t resist not to do again the black cod marinated in miso after a recipe of Momofukufor2. Amazing taste and by far the best fish I’ve ever eat. Next week I will try to smoke some to see how turns out.

Another MUST TRY recipe. The taste and the flavor is divine and cannot be compared with anything I’ve eat before. Too bad that the black cod is really expensive ($48/kg)
