Another recipe from Aeri’s Kitchen after I’ve already posted a very interesting soup – Kimchi RaMyeon. This Beef JuMeokBap has a very flavourful taste and a delight for tonight dinner. I modified the original recipe just a bit doubling the amount of garlic and adding an extra tbsp of dark soy sauce.

Chicken livers in red wine sauce with polenta


Very easy to make and rich in taste for the chicken liver fans. Personally liked it a lot and will recommend it. See original recipe at www.reteteculinare.ro, which unfortunately is in Romanian, nowadays….you can translate everything, from any country, in any language.
