I surprised my family again with a new breakfast and this time I chose a simple but very tasty recipe – Italian baked Eggs. I strongly recommend to visit this “Damn Delicious” website and you’ll be pleasantly surprised to find quite a few good recipes. I used only 50 grams of Jarlsberg Emmental and 30 grams Parmesan but added some bacon bits.
I like the look of this. So you use an oven safe bowl to bake it in, I take it?

Yeah, these are the famous 10 oz ramekins. Saturday I just bought bigger ones – 473ml. I’m ready now for some nice size breakfast. LOL
