Sometimes, a very simple recipe can give you spectacular results. Here you have one of those – tuna fish sandwich. Very easy to put together and I was pleasantly surprised how turned out in the end.

Indeed I did ‘like it’; to be sure… Not only was it ‘tasty’ it was also a ‘healthy’ lunch too.
Though I did alter it slightly. Instead of using ‘all’ mayo, I substituted with a little yogurt and soy mayo mixture… Yum…! 🙂
