Since our family started to eat food spicier and spicier, I’ve decided to try to make my own homemade hot sauce. The first one I chose is after a recipe from www.caribbeanpot.com. I chose “the blazing mango and peach hot sauce but actually used orange juice and peach instead. The sauce is amazing in taste but very hot so next time I will try it with different type of peppers.
Ingredients:
- 30 g ghost peppers
- 30 g Wiri-Wiri hot peppers
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 4 halves canned peaches
- 1/2 cup peach canned juice
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 8 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp mustard powder
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1 tbsp Hungarian paprika
- 1/3 tbsp smoked paprika

The hotness of it won’t bother too much with a bottle of chilled Sauvignon Blanc or something similar waiting on the side 😀
