Another breakfast surprise for my family and again from Chef Marc Matsumoto – Baked eggs in creamed spinach. Even if it didn’t look so great on the plate like in the website, the taste was pretty impressive and my lovely wife liked it a lot. Definitely will do it again pretty soon.

😀 me too – I go to poultry farm once every month and get fresh ones – drive about 100km (50Km each way) for it but worth it 😀 😀 😀

Wow! I was doing the same thing back in Romania – 150Km driving. Here in Canada……..can’t find the same quality and freshness. 😦
