Breakfast surprise on Violet’s birthday

If you want a really nice meal, you should start looking at Chef John’s blog and it’s impossible not to find something really good and easy to make. For this very special day, I chose an egg Benedict recipe called Chef John’s Monte Cristo Egg Benedict.
