There are quite a few different tochitura recipes such as Moldavian, country-style, Oltenian, shepherd’s tochitura, etc. I chose the Moldavian style being the one often made in my home. It’s very easy to make and extremely tasty. Essential ingredients: hot sausages, smoked sausages, pan-fried pork meat, eggs, sheep burduf cheese and of course, a lot of polenta. You can add also ham, fried pork belly, sour cream, cheddar cheese, goat cheese and a lot more.
The only problem with this recipe……. lots of calories.
A lot of calories in here but it would be a great dinner for me,…MMMMMMM! It looks freaking delicious too!
