Milestone 100th post: Home made sausages


Finally made it to my 100th post! Being a big sausage lover, what can be the best anniversary 100th post for my blog? You are right. Home made sausages. Same like in the old days back home in Romania, I’ve decided to make some sausages before Christmas and I’ve “hand-picked” from the web only 4 (for now): German, Hungarian, Country Style and of course Romanian.

Sunday breakfast


Just another nice breakfast prepared by my beautiful wife Violet this morning. Fluffy baby spinach/green onions/farmer sausage omelette, orange pepper, cherry tomatoes, black olives and some cheeses: Pecorino, Parmigiano – Reggiano, Swiss Appenzeller and Aged Leicestershire Red.
