Finally made it to my 100th post! Being a big sausage lover, what can be the best anniversary 100th post for my blog? You are right. Home made sausages. Same like in the old days back home in Romania, I’ve decided to make some sausages before Christmas and I’ve “hand-picked” from the web only 4 (for now): German, Hungarian, Country Style and of course Romanian.

Just click on “Romanian” as is linked to the recipe. And yes, you have to use 2 heads of garlic in this recipe. :)) As a second choice you can go Hungarian. Not bad at all!!
