My parents came from Israel to visit us for few weeks and we celebrate at the trailer with a special dinner. We had tricolour quinoa and grilled asparagus salad, grilled pepper, beet and beans salad, chicken and vegetables kebobs with roasted vegetables, ice cream with fresh berries and of course plenty of German Deinhard Riesling.
