Not yet! I do want to try the Romanian style meatballs, but as I’ve just bought cardamom I might make Swedish this week instead. Your fish recipes are what actually caught my eye. Here, I just can’t get really fresh fish. Checked the fish counter in one of my local supermarkets a couple of days ago and most of their stock had fish with very cloudy eyes. Wouldn’t trust them. The irony is I live by the coast!
Cool. I will strongly recommend to ground your own meat instead of buying it from the supermarket. Can I have the recipe for the swedish meatballs? I would like to try it one day.
I have to apologize from start as I kind of missed this comment and didn’t get my award and pass it to somebody else. I feel so bad a ashamed. Anyway I need to ask you how to get the award downloaded to my blog and if I should pass it to other bloggers.
