This Saturday we went to the local farmers market in Peterborough to buy some fresh and real vegetables. One thing we also found was a fresh, organic and free range chicken which I’ve decided to roast it on the grill with my marinade: 1/4 cup of olive oil, 4 garlic cloves, 2 tbsp thyme, 2 tbsp rosemary, 1 tbsp sage, salt, fresh black pepper and some hot sauce at your choice.
This chicken is for me, me, me! The roasted chicken looks just fabulous!!! x

This looks delicious! I’m making Rosemary Chicken and Potatoes tonight using organic chicken breasts. There is a difference in the taste! Martha
